What is your proposed budget?
What is your revenue source?
Who are your support systems/sponsors/like-minded businesses?
Who will directly benefit from your event?
What skills do you bring to the table?
Why will people attend your event?
What human resources do you have?
Is this a one-time or annual event?
What kind of vendors do you want at your event?
What outcome will tell you this event is a success?
