• We will work with your for-profit or non-profit group to develop an event committee for any type of fundraising or general event project.  The committee will develop an event action plan that includes event goals, format, site plan and activities.  We will produce a budget for the event.  We will also provide team coordination and training as needed.

• We will produce and follow through on all the paperwork to secure relevant permits in a timely manner to secure event location.

• We will write, produce, and mail vendor applications, acceptance letters, and coordinate vendors during both setup and the event.  We have an active vendor list of over 500 names.

• We will, with the event committee, develop a marketing plan to include fundraising/sponsorship development, media development, PR communications and advertising.  Designs for ads, T-shirt logos, fliers, and posters will be developed with the event committee or you can choose to use our in-house design services.

• We will coordinate all functions from setup to cleanup during the event.  This includes hiring security, and providing infrastructure as needed to insure a professionally run event.

• After the event we will do an evaluation with the event committee on the event to provide information for event planning for subsequent events.

• Fees - GRUNTWERKS will develop a contract with the client organization that will detail fees, services, and expectations.  Additional services and payment arrangement will be negotiated in the contract.  This bid includes as many staff hours as it takes to make your event a success!
